Renu Raju// Graphic Designer

My name is Renu Raju, I am a graphic designer based in Auckland, New Zealand. I have completed my Bachelors in Design, majoring in Graphic Design in 2011 from Auckland University of Technology. Currently I am working at Gopher.co.nz as a graphic designer. My role involves design for online directory, print and social media. My technical skills are my best ability, I am able to produce work to industry standards ready for print or production. My design style of work is very clean, grid inspired and technical. My weak point is I can not leave a piece of work unfinished or just plain badly designed. I would describe myself as very outgoing and wanting to reach the top.

Hobbies: I consider myself as a sneaker collector. Close family and friends would say I am obsessed and in need of rehab. My closet is filled with boxes, and it spill into the rest of my house. My weak spot would be for a great design/styled sneaker. In my spare time I enjoy playing sports. I played football (soccer) for 1st IV college, Premier College Division- Auckland Central. Other sports I follow are rugby, basketball (NBA) and NRL (league). I also love cars. Growing up around a family of older cousins that are boys, it came naturally. Many of my side projects will be building and racing cars.
